Air Europa is a member of the SkyTeam alliance, made up of 19 airlines that, for 19 years, have worked together as a large global network serving more than 630 million passengers a year. The company’s fleet is one of the most modern in Europe, comprising 35 aircrafts, whose average age does not exceed four years. The company is a leader in environmental conservation processes and has been working with the press office of MAPA360 since 2015.
The great challenge for MAPA360, throughout the first years working alongside Air Europa, was to distance the company from an image of a low-cost airline. With the investments in new equipment, in addition to the continuous improvement in the provision of on-board services, the company has got its place in the spotlight over time, strengthening itself and becoming increasingly known for its positive attributes.
More recently, the greatest difficulty we had to face was caused by the pandemic scenario. With full encouragement from the current Brazilian management, even with the company not operating its flights at times, Air Europa kept its proactive work of dialogue with its customers, either through email marketing actions, videos and clarifications, or through the press office.
Air Europa enters 2022 resuming its route flow and operating volume. Our work also gains cruising speed, allowing us to reach the third point of development: make the company become well known within the B2B audience and in its strategic emissive markets.
